Bhutan

The Land of the Peaceful Dragon, also called the Switzerland of Asia, this complex system of mountains, valleys and snow-covered peaks forms the Kingdom of Bhutan. Untouched by outside influences, Bhutan has managed to retain most of its pristine charm along with its natural and cultural wealth. April - May and October - November are the best seasons to visit Bhutan. The Explorers organise trips to Bhutan every year. You can also opt for the 4-day Druk-Pa trek including visits to Paro, Thimpu and Punakha.

Myanmar

Myanmar, formerly known as Burma, has been isolated from the rest of the world for decades, therefore offering great historical value, rich cultural heritage, and insight to a unique daily life style. It also possesses a vast eco-diversity such as pollution free air, virgin landscapes, natural river systems and unspoiled beaches. Our unique package gives you an opportunity to experience culture, history and natural spleadour of these two fascinating countries along with a taste of adventure.

Nepal

The Land of the Everest, Nepal has all the ingredients needed for an ideal getaway. For the adventurous, we offer excursions full of activities like one-day hike to Sarankot, White Water Rafting on Trisuli, and wildlife Safari at Chitwan National Park. You can even go boating on Lake Phewa, shop-till-you-drop at Thamel or have fun at a casino. We organise trips to Nepal between May - June and October every year with visits to Pokhra, Kathmandu and Chitwan National Park. Nepal also offers some of the most exciting treks in the Himalayan range: Royal Trek, Annapurna Trek and Everest Base Camp Trek. These treks are usually organised during March - May.

Thailand

Thailand an interesting and memorable country to visit. More people visit Thailand than any other country in Southeast Asia. This is no surprise as the Royal Kingdom Thailand has much to offer for the visitor: history, culture, lively arts, beautiful beaches, a good nightlife, friendly and hospitable people and last but not least one of the best cuisines in the world.

Sikkim

High in the Eastern Himalayas, sandwiched between Nepal in the West and Bhutan in the East, Sikkim is well-protected by its deity - the third highest mountain peak in the world - Mt. Khangchendzonga (8534 m). This small but beautiful state (the smallest state in India) is gifted with snow-clad mountains as well as dense, tropical evergreen forests. Wildlife as well as exotic orchids (600 varieties) are in abundant supply here. Your excursion to Sikkim will include visits to Gangtok (the capital), Lachen, Yumthang and Lachung (north Sikkim), Pemayangtshe, Yuksom (west Sikkim). For the more adventurous, we also offer the Dzongri Trek in west Sikkim which offers a magnificent view of Mt. Khangchendzonga.

Lakshadweep Islands

Lakshadweep promises the holiday experience of a lifetime. Known for its corals and coconut palms, it offers an unbroken line of creamy sand, interspersed with islands floating dreamily in the sea. This tropical paradise is best visited during winter, though pleasant during summer too. Your trip to Lakshadweep includes visits to the islands of Kavaratti (the capital), Kalpeni, Minicoy and Kadmat.

Ladakh

One of the world's highest inhabited plateaus, Ladakh showcases a vast repository of cultural and religious influences from mainland India, Tibet and Central Asia. Our excursions to Ladakh are planned to coincide with the famous Ladakh festival, held during the last week of August and leading up to the first fortnight of September. The Ladakh festival is widely known for its Polo matches, inter-village Archery competitions, dance, music and other cultural activities. Your holiday to Ladakh will also include visits to monasteries, river rafting experience on the Indus river and camping near Pangong Lake (14,450 feet above sea level), in addition to a visit to Kardung La - the world's highest motorable road and the quaint Nubra Valley.

Jammu & Kashmir

Nestling in the lap of the snow-capped Himalayas, Kashmir's valleys are undoubtedly a jewel in India's crown and a nature-lover's paradise. The region offers a tremendous diversity of both terrain and beauty, and is filled with numerous lakes and valleys. Our excursions to this majestic state usually include a short stay in Jammu, with visits to Sanasar and Patni Top.

Arunachal Pradesh

Situated at the north-eastern corner of India, Arunachal is also known as the 'Land of the Dawn-lit-Mountains' as it is the first Indian soil to greet the morning sun. Arunachal has an abundance of lush green forests, deep river valleys and beautiful plateaus. It is also home to the awesome Namdhapha National Park - the only park in the world where four great felines (tiger, leopard, snow leopard and clouded leopard) are found. On your visit to Arunachal Pradesh, you can choose from a wide variety of activities which include trekking, fishing, boating, roaming in orchid fields, visits to monasteries and a trip to the Namdhapha National Park. Best time to visit: September – October, and that's when we usually go.

Kerala

Kerela - or God's own country, as it's popularly known - is definitely one of the most beautiful holiday destinations in India. Its abundant coconut palms and rice fields give it a flavour unlike any other, and its backwaters and beaches are a sight to behold. When you go to Kerela with us, you get to stay in Cochin, go on a safari at the famous Periyar National Park, visit Trivandrum and laze on the beaches of Allepy and Kovalam. Also included is a cruise in Kerela's backwaters and a trip to Kanyakumari! Best time to visit Kerela is from October to March.

Uttarakhand
A scenic state, breathtaking in its natural splendor, grand in its wild denizens, and simplicity in its people, Uttaranchal has pristine glaciers, majestic snow-clad mountains, spectacular vista of the Himalayas, dense forests and the valley of flowers, as well as some of Hinduism's most sacred pilgrim sites. Trekking in Uttaranchal is a delight! Nature and Adventure sports lovers come from all over the world to cover the various facets of the state. It is a beautiful state which encompasses bounteous beauty in form of its hill stations. This state has some of the most popular and evergreen hill resorts of India in Garhwal and Kumaon regions.

Himachal Pradesh

Dense forests, snow-capped mountains, gurgling streams and fruit-laden orchards, Himachal has all this and more. Best known for its popular destinations - Shimla and Manali - Himachal also offers you a chance to participate in adventure activities like White Water Rafting, Para-gliding and Skiing. Our excursions to Himachal Pradesh cover Shimla, Manali, Kullu, Dalhousie, Khajjiar, Chamba, Dharamshala and Kinnaur. We usually go to Himachal during the summer months of May and June.

Rajasthan

This majestic state has long been regarded as the real home of India's 'Maharajas' and is best known for its invincible forts, magnificent palaces and a unique desert culture. Rajasthan is a state rich in cultural heritage - some of its 7th century ancient temples. Your trip to Rajasthan will include visits to Jaipur, Jodhpur, Ajmer, Mt. Abu, Jaisalmer, and Bikaner. Not to mention, the Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary and the Ranthambhor Tiger Reserve.

Andaman Islands

This group of about 293 islands (of which about 39 are inhabited) is located in the Bay of Bengal and is rich in tropical rain forests and a wide variety of flora and fauna set against miles of white sandy beaches. Its sparkling clear waters are ideal for snorkelling and scuba diving while the islands are an ornithologist’s paradise. Needless to say, our trip to the Andaman & Nicobar Islands covers all the places worth seeing, from Mt. Harriet to the Mahatma Gandhi Marine National Park.

Madurai- Ooty- Kodaikanal - Coonoor
