Arrive Manali around 10:00 a.m. Transfer to Hotel Sun Park or similar. Evening visit to Manali Club. Overnight Manali |

Transfer to base camp at Solang Nulla. After lunch briefing and orientation about the camp. Proceed on a short trek for acclimatization and in the evening attend demonstration of knots etc… Overnight base camp |

After breakfast attend full day session on rappelling, rock-climbing etc. Overnight base camp |

Return to the base camp early morning. After breakfast depart for a visit to Rohtang Pass and optional Paragliding. Evening at leisure with campfire etc. Overnight base camp |

Arrive Kathgodam by 6:10 a.m. Proceed to Saat-Tal by bus. Arrive Saat-tal in an hour and transfer to camp. After lunch basic orientation and introduction to the camp. Evening various group activities. Overnight Saat-Tal |
